step 1: discovery call

we learn your brief, your timeline, and — if relevant — take an honest look at any existing piece. within 48 hours, we follow up in writing with 2–3 real options, priced against current stone availability.

step 2: design & studio match

we write the CAD brief, match you to the right studio for the job, and manage the design review and revisions on your behalf.

step 3: delivery

we check quality at every stage through to hallmarking and handover, with your sign-off before anything is finished.

bespoke pieces in london typically start around £2,000–3,000 depending on metal and stone choice. we'll price your specific brief against real, current stone availability — not a generic estimate.

can you redesign an engagement ring?

yes — resetting an inherited stone, combining two rings, or simply updating a setting you've outgrown are all common briefs. we'll assess the stone and metal first, then match you to a goldsmith who specialises in this kind of redesign.

do you make the jewellery yourselves?
