Returns

At Zlatooo, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return, with the exception of earrings (for hygiene reasons), engraved items, and sale items.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at blingthingsof@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For all returns, except in cases where the item is damaged, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment using a recorded delivery service.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at blingthingsof@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and rectify it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Engraved items
• Sale items

These items can only be returned if they arrive damaged. For any questions or concerns about specific items, please reach out to us.

Exchanges

We currently do not process exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
